Designation: Franchise POC

Job Description:
The POC will serve as the primary liaison between our company and our franchise clients. The role involves providing support training and guidance to franchisees addressing their inquiries and concerns and ensuring their success within our franchise system. Additionally the POC will be responsible for strategizing and executing growth plans for franchises within their assigned city or region.

Requirements:
- Graduation in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels effectively.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing issues.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
