A Leading FMCG company is looking for Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and developing relationships with new and existing customers within the FMCG sector. Your role will focus on promoting our products expanding our market share and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Development: Identify and target potential customers including wholesalers retailers and distributors to expand the company s market presence.
- Product Promotion: Actively promote and sell the company s FMCG products ensuring they are placed effectively in the market.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with key accounts and customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets ensuring consistent growth of the product line.
- Market Research: Gather and analyze customer feedback market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports forecasts and updates to the sales manager or team leader.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and distribution teams to ensure smooth order processing and product availability.
- Brand Representation: Act as a brand ambassador ensuring company products are presented effectively and professionally.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in sales preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
