Identify and manage crisis situations providing expert guidance and support.
Coach junior consultants and trainees fostering their professional growth.
Collaborate with a team of three reporting to the Team Leader.
Conduct technical challenges and language tests as part of the recruitment process.
Minimum of three years of experience in a CSIRT role.
Proficiency in French or Dutch (B2 level) and English.
Strong listening skills to identify needs and manage crisis situations.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle various tasks and challenges.
