Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

We represent a company that is a premier boutique wellness brand and a leader in contrast therapy committed to enhancing the wellbeing of its clients. This company offers an unparalleled health and wellness experience grounded in scientific research by integrating infrared saunas cold plunges and vitaminC showers in a luxurious private suite environment.

Currently the company operates 35 corporate and franchised contrast therapy studios and expects to open 100 additional locations in the next 12 months across 30 states.

Position Overview:

The Junior Media Buyer will implement and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms to maximize performance. This role focuses on creating managing and refining ad campaigns while analyzing performance data to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Setup & Management:

  • Create and launch ad campaigns on Meta platforms using Meta Business Manager.
  • Ensure accuracy in ad setup targeting and placements.


Ad Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance daily to identify areas for improvement.
  • Adjust targeting ad creative copy campaign structure and other parameters to optimize results.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy visuals and audience targeting.


Performance Analysis for Optimization:

  • Review campaign data to identify trends and actionable insights.
  • Use performance metrics (e.g. ROAS CTR CPL) to guide adjustments and improve outcomes.


Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Content Producer and Graphic Designer to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals.
  • Communicate optimization needs and performance updates with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager.


Staying Updated:

  • Keep uptodate with Metas advertising platform updates tools and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive.



Qualifications:

  • Handson experience implementing and optimizing ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Proficient in using Meta Business Manager and Ads Manager.
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics like ROAS CTR CPL and their application to campaign optimization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration and performance updates.


NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with other advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads TikTok Ads).
  • Experience with campaign troubleshooting and advanced A/B testing techniques.
