Job Title: Operations Executive Assistant
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support the Director of Operations and the President of our growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including managing schedules following up on team assignments organizing projects and providing general administrative support. This is a new role within the company and we are looking for someone who is adaptable highly organized and can work independently to ensure that business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Coordinate and manage the calendar for the President and Director of Operations ensuring timely appointments and meetings.
  • Task Management: Follow up on tasks that other team members are responsible for completing and ensure they are done within the specified timeline.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support including data entry document management and coordinating communications.
  • Bid Management: Gather bids for various projects as required.
  • Correspondence Handling: Handle incoming communications and manage emails and other correspondence as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required for effective communication.
  • Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is preferred. Experience working in fastpaced environments is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook) and Google Calendar.
  • Attributes: Must be highly reliable with the ability to work independently and proactively manage tasks.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ambition: Eagerness to grow within the company and take on additional responsibilities as the company expands.


NicetoHaves:

  • Experience in property management or with maintenance/constructionrelated projects.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and tasktracking systems.
