Job Title: Outbound Sales Specialist
Location:
Remote (CST Time zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1700 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Specialist to engage with our client base promote memberships and identify plumbingrelated service opportunities. This role is integral to driving business growth and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to engage our extensive client base.
  • Present compelling membership offers and address plumbingrelated needs.
  • Educate customers on services and benefits to drive sales.
  • Guide leads through the sales pipeline from outreach to closure.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets.
  • Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions using CRM tools like ServiceTitan.
  • Deliver postsales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Explore upselling and crossselling opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Stay informed about industry trends product updates and competitive offerings.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent proficiency in English.
  • Proven track record of surpassing sales targets.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM software for lead management.
  • Experience in commissionbased sales roles is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the plumbing industry is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Gustocompliant countries and currencies.
