AKMV Consultants is a boutique investment bank and a HR advisory firm dedicated to delivering innovative customized and scalable solutions. As we expand our footprint we are seeking a meticulous and proactive Bid and Proposal Executive to help us secure tenders and grow our business portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Tender Identification & Analysis:
- Identify relevant government tenders and opportunities in HR consulting and recruitment.
- Analyze tender requirements scope and eligibility criteria to assess feasibility.
Proposal Preparation:
- Draft and prepare comprehensive bid documents ensuring alignment with tender specifications.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather the necessary information for proposals.
- Develop pricing strategies and financial proposals to ensure competitiveness.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all tender documents including technical and financial proposals are complete accurate and submitted on time.
- Maintain compliance with all government regulations and tender requirements.
Stakeholder Management:
- Liaise with government agencies and departments for clarifications and tender updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project alignment with client expectations.
PostBid Activities:
- Follow up on submitted tenders and proposals to track outcomes.
- Address queries or clarifications postsubmission.
Database Management:
- Maintain an organized database of tender opportunities submissions and outcomes for performance tracking and reporting.
Market Research:
- Stay updated on government tender processes requirements and upcoming opportunities relevant to the HR and recruitment industry.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Commerce or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in preparing and managing bids and tenders preferably for government contracts.
- Familiarity with HR consulting/recruitment industry tenders is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of eprocurement portals and government tender platforms.

- Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
