Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and assist the cleaning team in delivering exceptional service.
- Perform general cleaning duties including:
- Using cleaning solutions according to safety standards.
- Cleaning restrooms floors furniture glass and fixtures.
- Emptying trash and maintaining overall cleanliness.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleaning standards.
- Train mentor and support team members on proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and inventory.
- Report maintenance issues or major repairs to management.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- Experience: 2 years in janitorial or cleaning roles with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and task management.

- Reliable transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
