Job Description

The largest anesthesia practice in Hawaii is looking for outstanding CRNA candidates to join
our growing anesthesia care team. The candidates will have exposure to a fastpaced highacuity environment
with a diverse case mix. This position is full time with benefits and offers a variety of shift options. Pacific
Anesthesia offers a $20K signing bonus an annual increase (up to a max)* hourly shift differentials paid time off paid
holidays** education allowance and time off group malpractice long term care and group disability medical
expense reimbursement referral bonuses and more.

This group services the only Level I Trauma Center in the state of Hawaii. Pacific Anesthesia works in a
care team model and covers a diverse mix of anesthetic cases including but not limited to:
Trauma Surgery
General Surgery
Orthopedics
Neurosurgical
Neuro Spine
Vascular
Thoracic
ENT
Urology
Gynecology
Oncology
Endoscopy Suites
Ambulatory Surgery
NonOR Areas

Requirements

NBCRNA
ACLS
BCLS
PALS
Hawaii License

Benefits


Medical Dental Vision (premium for employee is covered by Pacific Anesthesia).

Medical Reimbursement
Up to $2500/per year (able to include medical expenses for spouse and children). Pacific Anesthesia
follows FSA guidelines.

Education
Employer will provide up to $2000 CME reimbursement allowance per year for relevant educational
requirements. Prorated for the first year. This does not carry over from year to year. Receipt
required to be submitted at the end of the year for reimbursement. Yearly increases of $500 up to
a maximum of $3500.

o Travel Expense for Conferences
o CEUs
o Education Books
o RN & APRN License Renewal
If you opt out of participating in Pacific Anesthesia s Health Plan you will receive
$250/month.

Retirement/401K
Employee will be eligible after 1 year of service AND 1000 hours
Enrollment Period 1st day of the month after 1 year employment anniversary
Employers contribute 3% of salary compensation each year; employees are fully vested for this
portion upon entering the plan.
Profit Sharing Employer may make additional nonelective contributions to the employee plan
annually subject to the vesting period. The employee is considered fully vested after 6 years in
the plan.

Group Disability
Covered by Employer. Monthly benefit is based on 60% of your covered earnings to a maximum of
$10000/month.

PTO
Carryover up to 5 days per year.
Year 1 5 weeks (25 days) (prorated based upon date of hire)
Year 3 6 weeks (30 days)
Year 7 7 weeks (35 days)
5 days of education and/or professional development.

BLS/ACLS/PALS Renewals
Hospital Fees Office will complete reappointment applications.
