Our Customer is looking for a Cybersecurity Analyst who needs to work in Hybrid mode only in Krakow Poland. Applicants from other parts of Poland must agree to travel to 23 days to Krakow for this role.

Risk and Control Framework Expertise: Proficient in control management including designing and implementing controls. Skilled in applying concepts like inherent and residual risks. Capable of translating complex IT concepts into language easily understood by business stakeholders. Experienced in managing cybersecurity risks and controls.
Technical Background: Broad knowledge of Information Technology with specialist expertise being an asset. Familiarity with metrics and measures for managing risks and controls (e.g. KCIs KRIs KPIs) is advantageous. Strong writing skills particularly in English and proficiency with MS Office and MS Teams.
Stakeholder Management and Communication: Proven experience in working within an international environment. Adept at managing relationships with key stakeholders including Cybersecurity Leadership staff and 2LoD Resilience Risk teams.
Teamwork and Independence: A collaborative mindset paired with the ability to independently deliver highquality work. Experienced in navigating fastpaced complex and highpressure corporate settings particularly in managing largescale IT or security challenges.
Interpersonal Skills: Influential and persuasive communicator with strong listening skills. Demonstrates sound judgment credibility to foster effective stakeholder engagement.
