Location: Various locations across Ontario
As a Legal Invoicing Coordinator you will oversee the billing and invoicing process within a legal firm ensuring that all invoices are accurate timely and compliant with client guidelines. You will work closely with attorneys clients and financial departments to resolve discrepancies and improve billing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage legal billing processes including invoice preparation and submission.
- Review invoices for accuracy and compliance with client billing standards.
- Resolve billing disputes and discrepancies by liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Maintain detailed records of billing data and generate financial reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in accounting finance or a related field (preferred).
- Experience in legal billing and familiarity with billing software (Timeslips Elite etc.).
- Strong attention to detail problemsolving and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of legal billing codes and regulations.
