Obtain supplier certifications to stay updated with industry changes.
Provide exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail.
Utilize time management skills to research plan and book vacation packages.
Offer outstanding remote customer service throughout the booking process.
Create personalized travel itineraries tailored to client preferences.
Requirements

- Organized and DetailOriented: Youre meticulous and thrive on ensuring every detail is perfect.
- Excellent Communication: Your written and verbal communication skills are topnotch enabling you to connect with clients effectively.
- TechSavvy: You have access to a computer phone and highspeed internet and youre proficient with technology and social media platforms (Facebook Instagram etc.).
- Availability: Youre available to assist clients as needed.
- Willing to Learn: While experience is not required. We value a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Personal Enthusiasm: While not mandatory personal experience is considered a plus. Your firsthand knowledge can be an asset when assisting clients.
