Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. This handson role involves working under the Warehouse Manager to complete critical tasks including inventory management material handling and preparing shipments for our construction projects. The ideal candidate is detailoriented physically capable and able to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load unload and organize inventory in the warehouse.
- Safely drive a truck and back up trailers to designated locations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Prepare materials and shipments for construction project needs.
- Assist with receiving shipments verifying orders and inspecting materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
- Support the Warehouse Manager with additional tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and ability to drive a truck and back up a trailer confidently.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as part of daily responsibilities.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Nice to have: Forklift certification (training available for the right candidate).
- Prior warehouse or construction experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $21$23/hour depending on experience.
