Job Description
Your Vision Renovationare seeking a motivated and detailoriented individual to join our team as a Junior Contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the Construction and grow within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
As a Junior Contractor you will work closely with our senior contractors and project managers to gain handson experience in all areas. You will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of project coordination management and execution. This role offers the opportunity to learn and develop key skills in the field while contributing to the success of our projects.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist senior contractors in project planning and execution.
- Participate in onsite project inspections and assessments.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Follow project schedules and communicate progress updates to the team.
- Help maintain project documentation and records.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior contractors or project managers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certification or training is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Basic understanding of industryspecific tools/software is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
