Job Type: FullTime
Shift: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Location: Eden Prairie MN
Join our team as an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician where your expertise in sheet metal work engines and reciprocating engines will play a critical role in maintaining the safety and reliability of our aircraft. This fulltime position offers competitive pay a steady work schedule and a comprehensive benefits package. An A&P license is required for this role while an IA license is preferred but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct inspections repairs and maintenance on aircraft with a focus on sheet metal engines and reciprocating engines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical and structural issues to ensure compliance and safety.
- Perform routine maintenance and scheduled inspections as per FAA regulations.
- Interpret technical manuals schematics and blueprints to execute tasks efficiently.
- Follow strict safety protocols while maintaining highquality standards.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to meet deadlines and operational goals.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in aircraft maintenance (preferred).
- Expertise in sheet metal work engine repair and reciprocating engines.
- Valid A&P license.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and teamoriented environments.
- IA license (not required but advantageous).
