Job Title: HR Generalist
Position Overview:
The HR Generalist will report directly to the Director of HR and play a key role in supporting core HR functions. Responsibilities will include employee relations benefits administration retention strategies training and development and compliance with employment regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Handle employee relations including managing complex situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Administer benefits programs and support retention initiatives.
- Assist in designing and delivering training and development programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and development needs.
- Support HR operations including processing payroll when needed.
Qualifications: Required Skills & Experience: - 5 9 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
- Strong experience in employee relations and benefits administration.
- Knowledge of employmentrelated laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with payroll processing; familiarity with Paycor HRIS is a strong plus.
- Background in a manufacturing environment (Logistics/Warehousing experience also considered).
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
