Job Description
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Opportunity in Far Rockaway NY Join Our Team!
Work Location: This role is an inperson position allowing you to directly impact our residents lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Your duties will include but are not limited to assessing and documenting resident progress adjusting care plans as necessary and obtaining and implementing changes in physicians orders based on the residents progress. Your ability to communicate effectively with the nursing team about resident conditions and needs is crucial. Administering medications and treatments with precision following physician orders and facility protocols is a key part of this role.
Requirements:
A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York and a minimum of one (1) year experience in Skilled Nursing are preferred. We are looking for candidates with exceptional technical assessment and documentation skills who thrive in a fastpaced environment. LPN license required positions demand independent decisionmaking skills with minimal supervision.
