Job Highlights:
The RDT Contractor is responsible for developing custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps and creating maintaining and optimising Tableau dashboards. The role involves collaborating with various teams to understand data requirements ensuring data integrity and delivering solutions that enhance datadriven decisionmaking and streamline workflows.
MustHave skills:
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Power Apps including app development integration and deployment.
Proficiency in Tableau Desktop Tableau Server and Tableau Online.
Familiarity with data preparation tools (e.g. Tableau Prep Alteryx KNIME).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Comfortable working in a fastpaced agile environment.
Qualification: 25 Years of relevant experience

Power Apps Development (60%)
A comprehensive understanding of the most cuttingedge features and functionalities enabling optimal support for stakeholder requirements. Stay informed of the latest advancements and innovations within the Power Platform landscape.
Possess the ability to articulate intricate technical concepts and solutions to endusers in a simplified yet highly effective manner. Engage in creating comprehensive technical documentation and userfriendly guides that cater to the needs of diverse user groups.
Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps to streamline workflows and enhance datadriven processes.
Integrate Power Apps with Tableau and other data sources to create seamless interactive experiences for endusers.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Power Apps Development (60%)

Work closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored solutions that drive business value.
Provide training and support to endusers empowering them to leverage Tableau for selfservice analytics.
Continuously monitor and optimize dashboard performance ensuring fast load times and efficient data queries.
