Job Title: Junior Compliance Administrator
Location: Hybrid role with 23 days a week in Mason OH office
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Long term (12 months with possible extension)
Main Function: Support the IT department in maintaining FedRamp and EyeMed corporate compliance standards through administrative tasks monitoring adherence to policies and regulations conducting audits and ensuring the IT team is operating within legal standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities: Document management data entry and record keeping compliance monitoring conducting audits assisting with external audits documenting compliance reference materials and updating training documentation reviewing and updating compliance policies and procedures and incident reporting.
Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma 35 years experience in large scale Contact Center or IT environment Strong organizational skills Proficiency in data management and reporting Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic knowledge of IT security legal concepts and procedures Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology or relevant experience 5 years supporting large scale multisite Contact Center Environment IT Security Compliance certification.
