Job Description
We are looking for a specialized person. We are looking for someone who has HVAC experience in controls Test and Balance work Commissioning of HVAC systems and Sales/Project Management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HVAC systems including installation operation and troubleshooting of commercial heating ventilation and air conditioning equipment.
- HVACSpecific Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of HVAC controls ducting refrigerants system balancing and system diagnostics.
- ProblemSolving: Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills to identify and resolve HVACrelated issues quickly.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure the HVAC system is properly set up calibrated and operates according to specifications.
- Communication Skills: Ability to document procedures and communicate effectively with team members clients and HVAC equipment manufacturers.
- Experience working with largescale commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units chillers air handling units (AHUs) and ventilation systems.
- Familiarity with commissioning software and digital tools for HVAC system monitoring and control.
- Experience in working with energyefficient HVAC solutions and compliance with sustainability standards.
