Below is the scope of work to be performed:
The NEC PBX Technician will provide onsite daytoday support for the UCDH PBX Phone System. The support technician will be responsible for the following:
Technical support and troubleshooting
System and component installation
Customer telephone adds deletes moves and changes
Customer feature adds deletes and changes
Customer voicemail adds deletes and changes
Customer ACD adds deletes and changes
Design and implementation of contact center call flows
Customer GNAV adds deletes and changes
Review MA4000 alarms daily and take appropriate action
Equipment testing and troubleshooting
System operational knowledge and user training
Support call resolution
Document customer telephony network infrastructure in Wirepath
Managing user requests and incident management workflow in ServiceNow
Provide periodic system backups and preventive maintenance
Take ownership of project life cycle
Create appropriate documentation including project timelines schedules diagrams etc.
Participate in and oversee installation and implementation
PBX and LENS audits
NEC backup phone system RED phones
NEC elevator phones
Yellow emergency phones
Follow up after installation to ensure smooth transition
Understand voice analog digital and VoIP technologies
Integration with Cisco CUCM Unity Voice mail SIP trunking
