Job Description
ERP SAVVY is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and a strong background in Workday Report Writer. This is a remote position offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage multiple projects from initiation to completion ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements objectives and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status updates and issues to stakeholders and senior management.
- Utilize Workday Report Writer to generate and analyze reports providing insights and recommendations for project improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment promoting continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management with a focus on IT or software development projects.
- Proven experience with Workday Report Writer including report creation customization and analysis.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA Trello).
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP PRINCE2 or similar project management certification.
- Experience in the HR or finance industry.
- Familiarity with other Workday modules and functionalities.
