Hybrid 2 days from office / 3 days remote
Must:
13 plus years of experience in Application and/or Infrastructure Monitoring & Observability
Experience of deploying Dynatrace tools for different technologies and platforms
Experience on Configuration and customization Dynatrace solution that include integration with other tools.
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated professional with a passion for continuous innovation to join our team as an Architect. In this role you will be responsible for delivering Automaton Service engagements as well as developing innovative technical solutions that advance our Cloud Automation use cases and Dynatrace service offerings.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Endtoend execution and implementation of Dynatrace solutions on complex customer environments OnPrem/Cloud/Hybrid Cloud
- Involve in projects needing Dynatrace solution from inception poc to complete implementation.
- Involve in TechnoPresales Activities and Solution Designing of various Enterprise IT estates of customers from different domain
- Should document resolved issues in an effective manner for knowledge management crosstrain peers with tool usage and assist in creation of bestpractices work independently on multiple assignments proactively prioritising focus and effort
- Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management to the prospective clients.
- Should understand the challenges of customers coordinate with vendor & Offshore team for a customised solution
- Bring in best practices of the product to leverage the capabilities to the best.
- Understanding of evolutions and trends in the area of AIOps closing following the life cycle of new features of Dynatrace

Who you are:
- 13 plus years of experience in Application and/or Infrastructure Monitoring & Observability
- Experience of deploying Dynatrace tools for different technologies and platforms
- Experience on Configuration and customization Dynatrace solution that include integration with other tools.
- Develop automation and repeatable processes/scripts to enable solutions that deploy manage configure scale and monitor Client applications is a plus
- Prior handson experience providing troubleshooting expertise for performance and other issues.
- Must have completed Professional Certification in Dynatrace
- Very good understanding of tool capabilities for a given customer environment
- Python scripting Dockers Kubernetes DevOps tools like Ansible Jenkins Chef Puppet
- Proficient in giving product trainings demonstrating Dynatrace capabilities and new features to existing or prospective customers
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or related field.
