Job Description
- Must have experience in Contact center Genesys Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Should have started the LinkedIn before 2017
- Project Planning: Define project scope goals milestones deliverables and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Execution & Delivery: Manage project execution from initiation to closure ensuring quality standards cost efficiency and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate crossfunctional teams including developers designers QA engineers and other stakeholders.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks create mitigation strategies and manage issues effectively.
- Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders providing regular updates on project status and challenges.
- Technical Oversight: Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate project outcomes implement lessons learned and refine processes for future projects.
- Budget Management: Track project budgets and ensure resources are utilized effectively.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum X years of experience in project management with a focus on technical projects.
- Certifications: PMP PRINCE2 or Agile certifications (e.g. CSM SAFe) preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages cloud technologies or software development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello MS Project) and collaboration tools (e.g. Slack Confluence).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership problemsolving and communication skills.
