Essential Skills:
Experience in Retail Banking (Required) and Retail Lending/Mortgage Operation (Desired) as a Testing Cross Platform (XP) Lead 710 years overall experience in IT/QA leading and supporting projects 5 years as crossplatform test lead in supporting large cross functional projects Jira knowledge/JTMF preferred API knowledge recommended Understanding of reviewing XMLs Mainframe knowledge Attend Discovery workshops/JAD sessions and assess impacts. Identify testing scope and estimate the testing effort. Mobilize cross functional testing teams and develop allocation plans. End to end test coordination for Tech and LOB. Create Testing artifacts. Lead the testing effort and / or team to plan construct and execute release tests Develop key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution Apply business and functional knowledge to meet the teams overall test objectives Act as the primary interface between the team and other groups including the vendor developers LOB senior management and support organizations for all activities and issues pertaining to the project Lead the testing effort and / or team to plan construct and execute release tests Should be prepared to be in the office at minimum 3 times a week or more
Desirable Skills:
Able to multi task and absorb multiple projects assigned Automation using Tosca preferred but not recommended Analytical mindset
