13week Assignment
*Hourly rate $47.43 $16.28 taxable $31.15 nontaxable
*OT rate $61.65
*Weekly Gross $1897.00 $651.00 taxable $1246.00 stipend
*Lodging $770.00
*M&IE $476.00
*40 hours in a week/ 8 hours in a day/5 Shifts in a week/11pm7am
Requirements.
*Minimum 1 year of experience as LPN in Long term care required
*Must have travelling experience required
*NY active state license required
*BLS from AHA required
