• This hybrid position has inperson attendance expected for the first day of employment for laptop deployment and onboarding in Nashville TN.
• Possible inperson attendance for quarterly meetings and professional development opportunities. Travel to Nashville TN is nonreimbursable. Position is renewable through 2027.
• The Tennessee Department of Health is seeking a contract Epidemiologist 1 within the Division of Family Health and Wellness Children of Youth with Special Healthcare Needs section.
• Epidemiologist 1 will develop and maintain enhancements to the Community Health Access and Navigation Team (CHANT) data collection project.
• CHANT utilizes REDCap as a data collection tool to guide programmatic efforts and collect data for evaluation and program oversight.
• Epidemiologist 1 must have extensive knowledge of REDCap.
• Epidemiologist 1 will be responsible for creating reports assisting with needed updates to the existing evidencebased CHANT REDCap site and developing new REDCap projects as required.
• Epidemiologist 1 must have extensive knowledge of SAS and Sequel.
