INIDOH Technical IT Project Manager ()

- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management cloud environments and health care projects with a focus on delivering innovative IT solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage highcomplexity IT projects within the health department.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and closure.
- Develop and maintain project plans schedules and budgets.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including solution architects cloud architects and DevOps engineers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and within budget.
- Manage project risks issues and changes to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Coordinate with the helpdesk team to ensure smooth project implementation and support.
- Implement ITSM best practices and manage ITSM projects.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project performance.
- Ensure compliance with health department regulations and standards.
- Work in a pressured environment handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide oversight for a team of approximately 12 individuals.
- Manage large budgetrelated projects.
- Work with internal and external partners and internal teams.
- Work very closely with the PMO office to ensure compliance with PMO guidelines.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and higher executive staff providing regular status reports to all audiences.
Required Skills:
- Strong IT project management experience
- Proven experience in managing highcomplexity projects and delivering successful outcomes.
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Project management certificated (e.g. PMP)
- Excellent communication leadership and problemsolving skills
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related fields with IT experience
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Expertise in Azure AWS MuleSoft DevOps and IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Experience working with solution architects and cloud architects
- Strong understanding of infrastructure and operational projects
- Experience working in healthcare projects
- Experience with helpdesk systems and managing helpdesk teams
