We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. A successful HR Coordinator will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative human resources tasks to support daytoday operations across the employee lifecycle including recruitment onboarding orientation benefits administration and employee engagement. The HR Coordinator works closely with the HR Business Partner and employees to ensure a productive and legally compliant workplace.
FullCycle Recruiting Manage the recruitment process from start to finish including posting job openings sourcing candidates conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring process.
Orientation Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires including documentation orientation and training coordination.
Recruiting Events Coordinate and attend recruitment events such as job fairs open houses and campus recruitment activities.
Data Management Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the HR Business Partner.
Employee Engagement Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR policies procedures and employee benefits.
Benefit Administration Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance wellness FMLA referral bonuses and other employee perks.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required
Associated degree or bachelors degree is a plus
Experience
2 years of experience in recruitment or talen acquisition preferably in a fastpaced enviroment
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) Success Factors knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Previous experience in manufacturing or related industry is a plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
