Role : Electrical Engineer
Location : Pleasanton CA onsite
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analog digital with handson experience in product development and lifecycle management. This role requires a keen understanding of requirement analysis and a preference for experience in the medical domain. The candidate should be adept at communicating with suppliers and vendors and optimizing designs to meet specific requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review existing design to identify CTQs (critical to Quality) from Product Requirements
- Review & update the subassy/component specifications aligning with CTQs
- Review the component level DFMEA and ensure the subassy/component specifications have listed sampling plans based on risk levels
- Provide Sustenance support for existing products such as design changes component obsolescence etc
- Component redesign & Component qualification
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize design and performance.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and costeffective procurement of components.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations particularly in the medical domain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Proven handson experience in analog digital and power electronics.
- Extensive experience in the product development lifecycle.
- Strong requirement analysis skills.
- Preference for candidates with experience in the medical domain.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and vendors.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize designs to meet specific requirements.
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with medical device regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and simulation programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and project management skills
