Job Description
Position: LPN / LVN (Nursing)
Location: Macedon NY 14502
Pay Rate: $27/hr
Duration: 13 weeks contract
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Shift: 8hr Days; 8a5p
Days: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient health and document observations.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure patient comfort.
- Update patient records and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
Requirements:
- Current and valid LPN/LVN license in the state of New York.
- BLS/CPR certification (required).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Previous nursing experience (preferred but not required).
- Compassionate and patientfocused approach to care.
