JOB DESCRIPTION :

JOB : LPN LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

LOCATION:

Sunbury PA 17801

FACILITY:

Genesis

CONTRACT DURATION: 13 weeks

SHIFT INFORMATION:

8hour shifts (Day or Night)

PAY RATES: Travel: $35 $40 per hour (Negotiable)

KEY RESPOSIBILITIES:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor patient health status and report changes to the RN or healthcare team.
Provide patient care including assisting with daily activities and ensuring patient comfort.
Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans.
Maintain accurate patient records including progress notes and medical histories.

REQUIREMENTS:

Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania .
Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN (preferred)
