Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound communications with potential clients collecting necessary information to initiate service.
Assess client or patient needs and match them with appropriate services and resources.
Explain services policies and procedures to clients while providing a professional and empathetic experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely followup.
Maintain organized and detailed records of client interactions and intake processes.
Identify opportunities for new service offerings or client referrals to meet business goals.
Meet intake and sales targets while adhering to company standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in a customer service or salesfocused role; intake or healthcare experience is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency with office software databases and CRM tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced office environment.
