Job Description
Role Description:
Strong Technical Project manager with PMP certification and Scrum master certification Tampa Analyse technical requirements and feasibility of proposed solutions.
Design project architecture and technical roadmaps.
Collaborate with technical teams to define technical specifications and standards.
Develop detailed project plans with timelines milestones and resource allocation.
Track project progress identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Manage project budgets and ensure costeffective execution.
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders clearly and regularly.
Lead crossfunctional teams of engineers developers testers and other technical personnel.
Facilitate technical discussions decisionmaking and problemsolving.
Assign tasks and manage team workload to ensure project deadlines are met.
Review technical designs and code quality to ensure adherence to standards.
Identify and address technical challenges and roadblocks.
Monitor system performance and identify areas for optimization.
Translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for nontechnical stakeholders.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address concerns.
Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
