Job Description
- Operational Leadership: Manage clinic operations including scheduling staff supervision and patient care coordination.
- Policy and Training: Develop clinic policies and lead staff training to maintain a collaborative environment.
- Financial Management: Handle budgets control costs and identify opportunities for revenue generation.
- Patient Satisfaction: Ensure topquality patient care and address any concerns promptly.
- Quality Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve quality and safety in alignment with healthcare standards.
- Education: Associates degree in business health administration or a related field.
- Experience: 35 years of management experience in healthcare preferably in outpatient or rural clinics.
- Skills: Strong team management communication scheduling and financial oversight.
- Familiarity: Knowledge of healthcare quality metrics regulatory standards and budget management.
- Certifications: Must have or obtain Arizona DPS fingerprint clearance.
- Bachelors degree.
- Experience with EMR systems and knowledge of CMS and AHCCCS insurance processes.
