- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to identify both internal and external candidates through a mix of passive and active sourcing methods including social media and employee referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process providing insights on candidate flow assessments recruiting activities market trends and challenges.
- Maintain close communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build strong relationships with the Talent Acquisition (TA) team University Relations and key HR partners to enhance the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts.
- Partner with other TA team members on complex projects focused on process improvement DEI and social media initiatives.
The Experience You Will Bring:
- 35 years of experience in fullcycle recruiting with a strong emphasis on candidate assessment.
- Proven track record of presenting top talent to hiring managers in a corporate setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence hiring decisions to achieve bestinclass hiring outcomes.
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Expertise in passive sourcing strategies to engage talent.
- Familiarity with Workday and MS Office.
- An interest in or understanding of Agile methodology within an HR function.
