Job Description

Job Description:

The Supply Chain Analyst (Distribution) is responsible for optimizing the flow of goods from warehouse to customer by effectively managing inventory levels coordinating stock allocations to distribution points overseeing shipments and ensuring timely deliveries. The role also involves supporting various projects within the assigned portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess global inventory status and take proactive actions to maintain optimal inventory levels across various stocking locations worldwide.
  • Ensure accurate supply/demand recommendations by maintaining relevant parameters in the ERP system.
  • Conduct regular analysis to improve supply chain operations.
  • Lead supply chainrelated projects including the introduction of new products.
  • Execute and refine supply chain processes and procedures including SOPs and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. clinical sales marketing legal) to assess needs and manage product flow across the supply chain (plan source make deliver) addressing issues with limited scope.
  • Evaluate global vendors for cost quality delivery and service to meet standards; identify and resolve supply chain challenges.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Additional Skills:

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Global Supply Chain/Quality systems (e.g. JDE).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including negotiation and relationship management.
  • Expertise in developing compliance processes and procedures.
  • Excellent problemsolving critical thinking and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with FDA and ISO regulations in the medical device industry.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business or a related field (preferred).
  • 57 years of relevant experience.

Key Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (MRP/DRP).
  • Strong problemsolving aptitude and detail orientation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in supply chain and inventory management.
