Job Description
Dutie include:
- Initiating and terminating hemodialysis treatments
- Monitoring Vital signs per policy
- Cannulating AVFs and AVGs using infection control policy and procedures
- Assist with monitoring chlorine checks 4 hours per policy
Requirement description :
- 1 year of Chronic Patient Care Technician experience REQUIRED
- Certified Clinical Dialysis Technician Licensure REQUIRED
- Must perform chlorine checks after being skills checklist completed REQUIRED
- Experience with Fresenius K machines and CombiSet lines Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BONENT
- Certified Clinical Hemodialysis Technician
- BLS (AHA)
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Every other Saturday
On Call Requirements : No Call
