- BLS (AHA or ARC) Required
- NBSTSA Preferred
- Total Joints Experience Preferred
- Spine Fusion Experience Preferred
- OB CSection Experience Preferred
- DaVinci robot Preferred
- Pediatric Adult and Geriatric Populations Preferred
- Work history
- Skills Checklist current to 1 year pertinent to the specialty
- 2 Supervisory References with dates employed listed
