EMR EPIC
OT/Holiday Multiplier: 1.25x
- OT billed after 40 hrs/week regardless of weekly guarantee
NBO: 8 hrs
This is NOT a PACU position! This is a MedSurg need!
28bed unit caring for postoperative surgical patients. Nurses are trained to read telemetry strips and take care of cardiac drips such as Amiodarone Cardizem Lasix Insulin etc. We have stateoftheart bedside monitors in every patient room to facilitate the care of the patients. Nursetopatient ratio is 1:4 on day shift and 1:4/5 on night shift.
Requirement description :
- 2 years of Med Surg experience including Post Op experience
- Tele Strip Reading experience encouraged
- Hospital experience strongly desired
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS :
- BLS (AHA)
STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
- Iowa
ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS :
Weekend Requirements : Every other including holiday rotation if scheduled
