Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Registered Nurse ICU. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Rockford IL 61103
Assignment Start Date: 1/8/2025
13 weeks Days 12hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilizes the nursing process and collaborates with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients.
- Administers prescribed medications and treatments following approved nursing techniques policies and procedures standards of care and State laws/practice acts.
- Documents according to standards of care.
- Develops initiates and executes a patient plan of care according to the individualized needs of the patient as prescribed by Physician and/or hospital policy including patient and family instruction.
- Participates in department or unit performance improvement activities which may include shared governance.
- Utilizes clinical expertise & guidance to other units/departments in support of the patients longitudinal plan of care.
- Utilizes critical thinking regarding patient safety and patient experience and appropriately escalates to the appropriate chain of command.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must have Neuro Cardiac and vent experience;
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- IL RN licensure is required
- Must have CPR ACLS & NIHSS
EMR System: EPIC experience preferred
Shift: Days 7A 7:30P; every other weekend & holiday
Float Requirement: Travel RN may be required to float to the StepDown ICU unit.
Vaccination: Must be fully vaccinated for COVID19 and the flu vaccine.
