Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a Permanent FullTime/Parttime Family Practice Physician. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Forks WA 98331
Assignment Start Date: 1/6/2025
Shift: Days Full
Salary: $150000.00 to $250000.00
The hospital offers a full spectrum of patient care services. Our community relies upon our Ambulance services level one Nursery cardiopulmonary services clinics dietary & caf services emergency services imaging department laboratory serving inpatient and outpatient needs longterm care unit acute nursing pharmacy physical rehabilitation social services surgery mental health and chemical dependency services. The hospital offers flexible scheduling and grants time off requests whenever possible so our employees can get out for fishing camping hiking kayaking mountain biking and even surfing.

Provide routine primary health care for patients of all ages. Provider must possess knowledge of patient care modalities for infants children adults and geriatrics
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in rural medicine is preferred.
Education:
- Must have completed an accredited medical school.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- Must have Current Washington State Physician and Surgeons License.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Knowledge and Abilities to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to define problems collect data establish facts and draw valid conclusions; to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions.
- Ability to read literature charts medical records prescriptions scientific and technical journals and business correspondence.
