Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for an Outpatient Physical Therapist(PT). We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Lincoln City OR 97367
Assignment Start Date: 1/6/2025
13 weeks Days 8hour shift 40 hours per week guaranteed

This is an outpatient orthopedic position; the primary caseload is adults and older adults. Enjoy 45minute treatment times professional camaraderie and a supportive and dynamic therapy environment. We have a newly remodeled and wellequipped outpatient facility located on the campus of a 16bed critical access hospital. NOTE: This is a 13week contract but the manager is very interested in applicants who are willing to extend it to 26 weeks if possible.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- Must be able to travel to multiple points of care.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:
- A current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required upon submission.
- Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS/BCLS is required.
EMR System: EPIC experience desired
Shift: Days () no weekends
