Shift Notes: 12hr nights 48hr guarantee THIS IS A CARDIAC/NEURO UNIT

Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holiday rotation required

OnCall Requirements: None

COVID19/FLU Requirement: COVID VACCINATION (dose date on or after 10/3/23) NOW REQUIRED FOR THIS HEALTH SYSTEM. Exemption forms are available in Downloadable Forms (Both forms REQUIRE Provider/Religious Leader Signatures) or please ask your delivery team for documents. IF APPROVED BY THE HEALTH SYSTEM TRAVELER WILL WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON SITE. Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates 50mile radius restriction); LOCAL TRAVELERS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR THIS NEED but are encouraged to apply for a perm position.

Unit Size:20 to 34 beds depending upon the Unit

Patient Ratio: 1:6 typically

Dress Code: Personal scrubs of any color

**TRAVELER CANNOT HAVE ALL HOLIDAYS OFF!!! TRAVELERS MUST WORK TWO: THANKSGIVING AND THE WEEKEND AFTER CHRISTMAS EVE/CHRISTMAS DAY AND THE WEEKEND AFTER NEW YEARS EVE/NEW YEARS DAY AND THE WEEKEND AFTER

• 4 years of current MS/Cardiac/Neuro experience
• THIS IS A 3EAST CARDIAC/NEURO UNIT Straight MS travelers are ineligible for this need. PLEASE UPLOAD SKILLS CHECKLIST WITH HIGH PROFICIENCY IN CARDIAC/NEURO PATIENTS
• Willingness to float Required
• Basic Dysrhythmia course completion Strongly Preferred Travelers with this test included in their profile will get first consideration
• Cardiac/Neuro Experience Required
• Meditech Expanse experience is strongly preferred

Profile Requirements:

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 1 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)

• Massachusetts

• MA license MUST be in hand at profile upload. The facility will not pend license
