Job Description
Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has openings for a Permanent Full Time Cardiology Clinic Director position. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.
Location: Grand Junction CO 81505
Assignment Start Date: 1/6/2025
Shift: 8 hours Day/PM/NOC Varied start time
Salary: $93000.00 $107640.00 annually depending on education and experience.

The Cardiology Clinic Director is responsible for overseeing the operations clinical services and strategic initiatives of the cardiology clinic within a healthcare facility. This position requires strong leadership skills clinical expertise in cardiology and the ability to optimize patient care delivery while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and quality metrics.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Experience:
- A clinical background in nursing or allied health field is desirable.
- Minimum of 57 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare administration with a focus on cardiology or clinic management.
Education:
- A bachelors degree in healthcare administration business administration or a related field is strongly preferred.
Licenses Certifications and/or Registration: na
Shift: Monday Friday 7:30 AM 5:00 PM
Knowledge/Abilities/Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality improvement principles.
- Proficiency in computer applications and electronic health records systems.
