Position: Associate Project Manager
Location: Seattle/Vancouver hybrid role with 23 days in office required.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detailoriented Project Coordinator/Associate Project Manager with expertise in the retail domain to assist in project coordination and ensure smooth execution. Familiarity with release management is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Coordination Support:
- Support Program Manager and Scrum Manager in tracking timelines deliverables and dependencies.
- Facilitate meetings document action items and ensure followups.
- Assist program managers to track and monitor project budgets ensuring forecasted expenses align with approved allocations.
- Retail Expertise:
- Coordinate retailspecific initiatives (POS systems ecommerce inventory).
- Support workflow analysis and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- 2 years of experience in retailfocused project coordination.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA Confluence Smartsheet or equivalent.
- Knowledge of retail systems and workflows.
- Strong organizational communication and multitasking skills.
Preferred:
- Experience coordinating release oriented tasks in support of larger programs
