Job Description

A Junior UX Designer is responsible for creating userfriendly and engaging designs for digital products and services. They work closely with other designers developers and stakeholders to understand the needs and preferences of the target users and to deliver solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. They also conduct user research testing and evaluation to ensure that the designs are usable accessible and desirable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications using various tools and techniques
  • Conduct user research and analysis to identify user needs goals and pain points
  • Apply usercentered design principles and best practices to create user flows wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate with other designers developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency across the design process and deliverables
  • Test and evaluate the usability accessibility and desirability of the designs with real users and incorporate feedback and insights into iterations
  • Communicate and present the design rationale concepts and solutions to various audiences and levels of management
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends technologies and standards in UX design and development
