Job description:
Conduct Chargeback Investigation and Dispute Handling with 13 years of experience in this field.
Handle inbound English calls and outbound member calls for Buyer Purchase verification.
Manage customer calls with a minimum of 2 years experience in a Call Center environment.
Review and analyze online purchases interpreting evidence for fraud investigation.
Assess the risk associated with orders and their vulnerability to fraud.
Focus on customer satisfaction while evaluating order risk and fraud vulnerability.
Develop innovative methods to detect and neutralize fraudsters without impacting legitimate customers.
