Schedule: Flexible 1st 2nd and 3rd shifts available.
We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to assist this Blow Molding manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blow molding operations excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of ensuring efficient production processes. The Blow Mold Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the production team ensuring product quality and optimizing production output.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the blow mold production team ensuring adherence to safety protocols quality standards and production schedules.
- Continuously monitor and improve blow molding processes to enhance efficiency reduce downtime and maximize production output.
- Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure the production of highquality blowmolded products that meet or exceed customer specifications.
- Provide training and guidance to production staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and skill development.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure proper maintenance and functionality of blow molding equipment to minimize disruptions to production.
- Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods collaborating with relevant departments to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols conducting regular safety meetings and addressing any safety concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate production records including production reports quality control documents and employee performance records.
- A minimum of at least 4 years of Blow molding and/or Extrusion experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- At least 2 years of prior leadership experience in a manufacturing setting is required
- General understanding of business principles and typical business practices.
- Document and analyze downtime issues and put forward corrective actions
- Must have earned a high school diploma GED or similar educational certificate. A colle
