Job Description:
1. Responsible for overall QA/QC in for high rise towers Industrial projects including PEB structure infra work.
2. Assisting in Contracts finalization as per required specifications within the stipulated time frame.
3. Material inspection as per approved specifications.
4. Quality inspection before handing over of finished product/ flats to the handing over team. Supervising work progress and clearing payments
5. Wellversed relevant codes quality practices management tools e.g. LEAN & Green Initiatives quality app.
6. Statutory/system compliance and establishing internal control mechanisms.
7. Preparation of reports to periodically appraise top management.
8. Management of procurement of material inventory etc. at sites.
9. Compliance of quality and cost parameters. Ensured high standards in Quality on all works undertaken which has resulted in high customer rating score at the time of handover and posthandover Third Party Feedback Surveys (Nielsen).
10. Ensure raw material quality to minimize variations in produced concrete properties and implement Quality Control.
11. Control the quality of materials at the time of execution and implement Immediate quality Control effectively.
12. Ensure compliance to the requirements of IMS system and QA Guidelines and achieve Zero Nonconformance.
13. Analyze concrete cube test results & other materials used for shell and core finishes and thus implement Retrospective Quality Control.
14. Facilitate development of new types of concrete mixes and alternate raw materials.
15. Handle customer queries and complaints for timely resolution and obtain 100% Customer Satisfaction. Complaint Analysis identification of trends and patterns from data and carrying out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) for handed over projects and addressing them based on their criticality through corrective and preventive maintenance plans to ensure Customer Delight.
16. Establishing & completing audits as per the set frequency.
17. Ensuring that the actual quality checks being performed and the results being entered in the templates are in line with the QA manuals including carrying out audits of the tests at preset intervals and random checks.
18. Ensuring effective audits and providing solutions to nonconformances observed during audit.
19. Ensuring continuous improvement of all our products & services.
20. Being part of vendor evaluation to establish ability to meet project quality requirements.
21. Providing management dashboards.
22. Cost of Qualitydoing internal and external rejection cost data compilation and analysis.
23. Cascading the learnings from existing and new issues to the entire team to avoid repetition of issues at a different place.
24. Preparing & presenting weekly/monthly MIS reports & dashboards highlighting key risks and periodically appraising the management.
25. Participating in initiatives viz. Kaizen Business Excellence Innovation Lean etc.
26. Ensuring testing equipment and measurements in healthy condition.
27. Ensuring deployment & monitoring of IMS including ISO 9001 ISO 14001 ISO 45001 ISO 50001.
